Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

This pumpkin night light is so cute. The facial expression and little legs and shoes are just so precious. It functions great as a nightlight and you can adjust the brightness of it by tapping it. It can be set as on and you can tap it to change brightness and to turn it on and off. It also has the ability to set it so it automatically turns itself off in 30 minutes. It is very cute either sitting on a flat surface with its legs outstretched or on the edge of a table with its legs and feet dangling. It does have darker stripes/spots on the sides and top but does not distract from its cuteness.
I got this for my Daughter to use in her room. Her face lit up when she first saw it and and there was an Awwww, it's that cute. He sits on the edge of her headboard with his feet dangling over the side. There is a sleep timer and you can change the brightness level by tapping the top of his head. He glows very nicely when you turn him on. I like that it is rechargeable so I won't have to be buying batteries for it.
